The graphics were designed by the legendary Frank Kozik, known for his poster work for countless 90s heavyweights. Kozik has worked with the greatest bands on earth like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots and the Red Hot Chili Peppers to name a few. Kozik used to run Man's Ruin Records, a media outlet and record label, and has published several books.

Very rare to come by these days.
